Had a very bad experience with them. I gave swab samples for rtpcr and blood samples for a few blood tests. The person who came to collect the samples charged 3500/-. When I called up the reception for receipt, they sent it for only 2750/-. When i asked they said yes yes it's 3500/- only and there is some mistake. But they aren't responding back with a proper receipt. Looks to me like these staff are cheating people by charging more than actual. Not sure management actually knows it. I have details of the receipt and the names of people as well if management is interested.
This hospital doctors ,nurses and cleaning staff always treat me ,my husband and my daughter as their kid .. . Night time also they treat us very nicely ..I m always thank full to GVG hospital I never forget them
Awesome staff, very responsive and helpful. Lil new setup so need things to fix on processes front but the helpful work culture overcomes every issue easily. God bless the whole staff.
I visited for a consultancy and the staff was very good especially Dr. Gunashekar was very polite and explained the whole process with full patience. Would definitely recommend it to others.
Worst experience! Went to ER past midnight for stomach pain. The two nurses working during that shift were so horrible, unprofessional and negligent that they didn’t give one injection out of three and kept saying they gave. No communication, no patient care no explaination nothing! They treated the patient (my brother) like a robot, just pricking again and again and not saying a word. Being a nurse myself it was painful to watch that. After coming back home, we realised they missed one injection so we returned and got it done. The funny part is the nurses were angry and making faces, they couldn’t even own up their mistakes. If you stay around please don’t visit this place for ER, they keep inexperienced staffs.
