They didn't deliver package to home, instead asked me to come and collect.
These guys are not at all professional. They won't deliver you the goods even if it's out for delivery. Totally unprofessional. Their toolkit: The delivery person will give 2 missed calls in your phone which will be barely a ring. And then mark consignee not available.
Very bad sirvice
WFH delivery delayed even when the order or parcel was with them. Incorrect information provided wherein staff stated will deliver even on Sunday and later when called stated it was not their working day.Address was mentioned in detail but still kept on asking for location. Never recommend, cheap behaviour. Surprised why people still rated 2.9....Zero rating !
