Rude Staff and Extreme Mismanagement (Must know for Dr.Milind) I went to Sanjeevan Heart Hospital today but the reception counter male person which was doing day duty in afternoon them behavior and duties responsibility they don't know every time they are busy in discussion with there partner freinds circle.. Patients is waiting for check up.. There no patients inside the cabin but reception counter not informing to patients to go in for check up... Already discussed with blood testing person she told me she is free for check up but reception male person not informing to patients. (I am ready to discuss further with hospital management, if required.)
Rude Staff, Sanitizers Empty and Extreme Mismanagement (Must know for Dr.Milind) I went to Sanjeevan Heart Hospital today to vaccinate my Dad for Covid first dose. I booked an online appointment prenoon(before 12pm). People were randomly giving names to one hospital person at gate.(No queue followed or any preference to 60+ or Online appointment) When I went inside I saw that ward boy is not following the sequence of Gate entry book, anyone randomly comes and goes in for vaccination as per the ward boys preference. When I told him that I have booked an online prenoon appointment, he said,'It doesn't matter' I even saw 2 people who came and directly went inside for vaccination. They paid for the vaccine after being vaccinated !!! (इथं पण सेटिंग होतं म्हणजे) While I was waiting for our turn, I went near sanitizer stand and noticed that the bottle is empty. I requested the receptionist to please get the bottle refilled and she replied rudely, "भरने वाले भरेंगे" I asked, 'Who will fill?' She said, 'I don't know' If the staff itself is not aware, I wonder if the doctor himself comes to fill, or maybe the hospital is just trying to save more money risking people's safety. Overall, Either the hospital should stop being a COVID vaccine center or else should educate their staff how to talk to people. (I am ready to discuss further with hospital management, if required.)
Worst hospital no manager staff is very rude ..worst people fake for covide vaccine provider. ...
Doctor staff are very good..
