Very unprofessional. I was not given appointment for three days, at last I have to visit another physician. Can't forget my horrible experience with physician named Praveen. I will never visit this place again.
One has to wait endlessly for doctor consultation and to get the lab reports. I had to wait more than an hour after the appointment time to meet the Physician. When the test sample was collected in the morning, the hospital committed to give the lab report by the end of the day. When i called to inquire, the receptionist blatantly said it can be provided only the next day & hung up the call. I called back and escalated the issue to Admin(Suzan) who said she will follow up and get the report emailed.. Even after following up so many times i still did not get right report .Such is the state of affairs at this hospital. Totally disorganized, Please do not visit.
I have been consulting doctors here for thyroid from last 2 years, initial they treated good, it was an easy go.. Now a days, ma recent visit fell like they are behind making money, no concern about the patient health.. Also, the prescription has many faults.. Just coped last list suggested, but orally said other... I suggest not to visit others..
Procedures were good and had a healthy consultation with Dr praveen and the other Miss.doctor
The worst hospital u may ever visit. They really don't care for the time.. they will give appointment at 11 n after coming they will say doctor will be coming at 12:30.. its not like one time n emergency this is all the time. Don't ever plan to come early
