Horrible experience. I was just trying to book an appointment with the doctor for an OPD visit. They gave me a number for that. I tried that number and it was continuously busy for 2 hours and finally when I was able to get through they informed all the bookings are completed, try tomorrow. I rushed to the hospital immediately and requested for an appointment with that specialized doctor. All they said that we can't do anything at all, you have to try the number for appointments. Lastly, they mentioned "Why are you not trying from another phone or another number... Ask all your family members to try and you will definitely get through." That's the best piece of advise that gave... Just unbelievable. Horrible behaviour of the staffs.
I want to share my tremendous experience.. I have done OT for my pregnancy in this hospital.. the each and every staff ,nurse,Aaya all are awesome.. very very helpful, touching behaviour .. too much peaceful. & My Doctor Mr.Kundu is a God ... Very much touched with the behaviour of the people .. Nice Experience.. 5 star recommended Hospital ..
Best place in Kolkata to get vaccinated. We'll managed systems with good & polite behavior of stuffs. The entire process starting from billing to vaccination extremely well managed , it takes around 30 to 40 minutes. Good facilities with sitting arrangement in AC ROOM, after youvgot vaccinated they will also give the printout copy of certificate. I must say the entire process has extremely well drive by them. Big clap to them.
This is not a hospital. This is a patient killing center. Their motive is to loot the patient party by somehow admitting the patient in ICU and then in ventilation. For other patients who they can't ventilate, they bill fake tests and charges. Hardly 2/3 out of 100 patient parties protest who they resolve amicably, others get looted. As for medical treatment, this is a great place for treating mild issues but never visit with serious patients. No quality doctor available in this hospital. This is in short the worse place to be for a patient and a robbers hideout for patient parties.
This is specialist hospital in rathtalla more, Belghoria. This is more famous for his hospitality and services. There doctors are very experienced and expert in his profession. This is too much expensive for middle class family. Hospital is good but nowadays some feedback are not good by customer.
