Vaccination staff is not using mask properly. Also they are not insisting others to wear mask. The vaccinator don't use any cleaning agent i.e. spirit, for cleansing of skin for vaccination. If someone asks for it, they say, we don't have, you can go to somewhere else for vaccination, this seems to be very awkward behavior of staff. Also need attention on sanitation works.

Urban Primary Health Centre (UPHC) is a part of the Civil Hospital, Rewari under Health Department, Govt of Haryana. UPHC is functioning in Panchawala, Qutubpur near railway phatak. Centre is equipped with some facilities but not having sufficient infrastructure and adequate medical facilities. Further, people are also not aware of the location as it not publicized in the area. Needs more medical facilities and good infrastructure with permanent building.
