We were there 8 days before....my issue is medanta Hospital is worst in investigation department. They take the admitted patients for investigation in the late night hours for all the investigations what that patients has been prescribed. They are not bothered whether patient is sleeping they woke him up...that is hilarious. No complaint against it because they say that's there way of treating indoor patients is like this only because in day hours they take outdoor patients , ,,.Don't u think this is against humanity. Such a big and reputed hospital taking lot of money and when it time to give relax and support they are hard to patients..Request to do the neddful.
Not a pleasant experience of covid vaccination. Seemed a bit chaotic, not sure if anyone cared for social distancing. Process of verification and registration was not upto mark, no proper queues, no proper signage. They wanted us to fill forms so that they can register us at Medanta, but just one pen kept. In these times when contact should be avoided at all cost, they asked us to fill forms. After vaccination, just few chairs placed for post vaccination observations. Had to stand for long after vaccination, no seat available. No one cared if you waited for few minutes or 30 minutes!!! Never expected such pathetic arrangements from a big brand like Medanta.
Went for vaccine shot, car parking is available just infront of the vaccination camp at ground floor. No basement parking, no hassle of taking lift and tokens tension. +1 point for that.
Went there for covid vaccination, they said come tomorrow without any reason, they shouldn't have confirmed the slot in the first place.
