I had the worst experience ever. I had booked 2nd dose vaccination slot for my mom today through Cowin app and I received the appointment slip as well. After reaching the location, they're like we don't have vaccines anymore, you need to come tomorrow. This is totally unacceptable since they are the ones who have opened their slots on the Cowin app and even that time there were plenty of slots open. If you don't have vaccines then just close the slots on the app rather than making people drive all the way till your location and wasting our precious time.

Hospital staff cheated us. Overcharged for everything. Did not even provide proper treatment. They gave wrong treatment to my relative which actually deteriorated his condition.
