They are money minded and it's very very costly for covid treatment, as well as neurology treatment, poor and middle class people can't afford and management is not supporting much for insurance, No mercy on the patients in any means, for example same medicines if you buy from their own medicals which is situated in New bus stand having 10% discount, but in the hospital medicals no discount and all values are as per MRP, for example one adult diapers is 50 rs, but in surgicals shops it is 32 rs, one uro bag is 275 rs, but in surgicals it's just 40 rs, so they can show some mercy on these things at least, but they are least bothered and only money is their moto and they find a way to get it, Room rent, doctor charges,RMO charges are very very costly and duty doctor never visits other than with chief doctor in my particular case, they go to a room and close the door and we can't access them as easily, nurses used to come only when changing IV and rest all the time they gather and watching the mobiles, if you go and call them also they are so lethargic in their attitude, After very long time I have been in hospital, don't know all the hospitals are like this or only this hospital, The management should do something to get some punniyam(blessings) for your generation from they poor patients Rather than getting curse from them, thankyou

I was admitted at the hospital for COVID-19 treatment this May. From the moment of admission to discharge I was taken excellent care of by the dedicated nurses, well mannered ward boys and qualified and experienced doctors. Even after returning home follow up was done via video calls. My heartfelt thanks to the medical team for the support, guidance and patient answers they provided. NITHILA DANIEL
Very worsted, cheating in token method, money minded & now a days chief Dr (someh) visited new patients only old patients visit duty Dr but fees same 🤧
