This is a good hospital for your medical needs. It has a multi-speciality hospital along with a good nursing staff team that caters to the needs of Kumbanad and satellite towns and villages. It is a mission hospital and the services are available at extremely affordable price. Some doctors are excellent, like Dr. Raju who is a general physician. He is a thorough professional.
Worst experience ! Please consider any other hospital near by if planning a visit here. Went there for covid vaccination. The person who is managing the system has no idea what he is doing. The whole process is Poorly managed that too for a paid vaccination. I had to remind him a second time that the sms not received after vaccination. Only then he cared to update the system. One word for the administration, please keep someone who atleast have a basic sense of interaction to people and idea about the system.

The hospital surroundings and doctors are good. But nurses should be trained to be more polite and customercentric. It is recommended that ANM nurses are assigned for their duty instead of cistomer interactions or assisting doctors in the clinic.They should be allowed to do the tasks they are trained for.There should be doctors in all departments. This hospital has a bright future,but there should be a desire to change and move forward.
