Hi everyone, I was blessed with baby girl in this hospital on 15.11.21. All doctors were very kind in delivery and after birth check up. As far as delivery, caring, check up... the hospital was too good. But the price was very high. Even though facilities were good, prices were high...If they reduce the package cost, then it would be the best..... During discharge I was requested to get the screening report after a week time. And so far I didn't get the new born baby screening report and it is around 1 month of delivery date. Hospital response is very poor... I have called a number of times ...still no proper response New born baby screening is very important but they haven't provide me the screening report
It's been a great association with Dr.R.Ganesh, senior consultant (pediatrics) for more than 5 years. His care and dedication towards the children made us feel comfortable at any situation regarding the health of our children. One of the best amongst the best in child care. When he was into Rainbow hospital, we were more satisfied due to the kids friendly and hygienic environment. We feel safe with Dr.Ganesh and Rainbow hospital. Last week I delivered Girl baby in Rainbow Children's hospital... Dr.Sultana is an awesome doctor her way of handling things was extraordinary and I was without fear of delivery at the age of 38 with most of health issues all credits to Dr.Sultana.... One of the doctor I admire the most... For Doctor I can give five stars.... But As far as Hospital is concerned i have to give 3.... As there was no proper transfer of info from one sister to the other... The same sister comes to take baby's sugar test twice forgetting that she already took... Printing mistake of baby s weight in report.. Need to call canteen thrice for getting attenders food...etc... Management should consider all these and improvise....

Hi everyone, i am blessed with baby girl from this hospital on 06.11.21. Dr. Mathangi is very cooperative and helped in normal delivery, as far as delivery concern the hospital is too good. But the price is very high. And so far I didn't get the new born baby screening report and it is around 1month of delivery date. Hospital response is very poor in terms of child care. New born baby screening is very important but they haven't provide me the screening report and the necessary testing like hearing test is not happened. Every week they will assign for consultation but they will perform the necessary tests. Hospital will keep on postpone your tests because of regular consultation. I need valid information from the hospital. I will not refer anyone for this hospital.
