They don't respond properly. I called them on a Sunday to check if doctor available, I was said doctor will be available till 12 noon. We went there with our sick baby, we were waiting for more than 45mins, staffs at the pharmacy kept saying doctor will come soon and didn't bother about the patients. There wasn't any update So we left to find an another doctor nearby. Irresponsible and pathetic management!
