The nurses there have a long face and are very short tempered. I visited as OP for emergency thrice. Bad experience with the nurses last 2 times. They behave as though they work for charity. The IV a nurse tried to administer on me was too painful and got my hands swollen - an example of the skills they possess. I had to stop it in between and came out of the hospital to save myself from a bigger prob. The rest rooms in ground floor are worse than a public toilet. They tried to do administer Corona test for a completely different issue and when questioned they put me on to a different Doctor. Duty doctors are polite and behave well. The nurses and receptionist need to be trained for customer service. Besides, the pharmasist is also rude. They do not have basic medicines in stock and the way they say there is no stock is very irritating.
Situated in heart of Anna Nagar near Round Tana. Small but good hospital neat and cleanly maintained... doctors are very good at nature and well behaved and listen to patients, understand their problem and then suggest medication...
Most preferred hospital facility in terms of Urology, with my personal experience, Dr. Hemraj, most appreciated for his way of handling patients in distress and rendering the utmost support to make or feel the patient in a comfortable situation. Following which he takes up treatment, which is the best I have ever encountered. Hospital facility is also neat, well-maintained with courteous staff, all over the departments. I am visiting this hospital for follow-ups since 2014. Would surely recommend City Tower Hospital for a general consultation too in addition to the Urology Specialist being the crown.
Hospital nursing staffs are giving good service. Especially on night duty nurses doing marveles job., Doing non stop service, with too much patient attention No sleep till next day morning handovery.
Dr hemraj is very good He explained the stone breakage procedure in detail and took time to clear all my doubts The procedure lasted for only 20 min.. My stay was very comfortable. Expenses were reasonable Will recommend this place for all urine and stone related problems
