Hi, I recently had a Master Health check up at Rela Institute & Medical Center.I wanted to share few things : 1. The Hospital Ambience is a Five Star Hotel Ambience. The Parking and Canteen facility to start with is really excellent. 2. The Laboratory and other test departments have good staffs , knowledgeable and cooperative. 3. The Front Office staff for Patient registration are quite cooperative and helpful. 4. Doctors and medical staffs are Patient friendly and spend time in hearing. 5.The pharmacy, waiting rooms are spacious and well lighted and ventilated. I liked the Hospital and would recommend my fellow citizens to take medical help as required.
My family chose to travel from New Zealand to get treatment at Dr Rela institute as it is a highly regarded hospital and there were no options available domestically. It was a significant endeavor but with the help of the international department they were able to guide us through it. Upon arrival and through to departure the process was seamless. Appointments, transport and other needs were managed by our carer, along with the staff facilitating our demands and always providing help when needed. 6 months have passed now and recovery process is going well. We're very thankful for everything the staff were able to do for our family.
Visiting this hospital was quite a delightful experience, The place is neat and hygienic, cause of that I felt safe entering the building. The infrastructure is newly built and it looks awesome. We just went for vaccination, the process was really smooth and not time consuming. They staff were really humble and helpful. In and out within 10 minutes. I would recommend you to get vaccinated here, If you stay nearby.
Huge space. Excellent infrastructure. Expensive place. Not Suitable for middle class public. Unlimited car parking space.
Took a scan earlier last week, Great experience! Made a same day Report as well on my PET CT SCAN and got in right away. The front desk staff were helpful I wanted to appreciate Sir Tom he has help me not only with the ease of getting appointment but until he handed over the report whole procedure went in time as I was told earlier really want to appreciate his energetic character and sincerity, Whole Team were very nice and helpful. realistic expectations and timelines. I will definitely be back if I have to take any scan and would recommend the Hospital as well.
