Worst management, No care for patients' time. They will give you appointment of 5PM but Dr. Will be in his world till 7PM. At entry security is busy with his phone and no 1 cares whether you're sanitized or not before entry. Staff is in their own world least care for what purpose you are here. Advice: Please value others time, others time is also previous.
One of the best medical care facilities in the city of Guwahati ...It's a quality hospital providing all kind of disease care...I like the whole environment and most importantly there management is also very impressive...Especially I want to mention one name of a man, his name is about chetry I guess , exactly I don't remember his full name,he is very passionate about his job and is a very down to earth man. Love the way he treats each and every patient and attendant... He had made my whole experience and visit to the hospital a pleasant one. I want to thank him for the help he provided me...The ambience was also perfect with proper hygiene and safety..Highly recommended 👍👍

My Father was admitted for two days in medicity...but this is not a hospital its just a kind of consultancy opd only...nd room charges and other charges are very very high...with no such facilities...nd they charge 4000/- for a 10 by 10 cabin without attached bathroom...they only have a common bathroom...(The only good thing which i liked is thr staff ..nd especially one guy Abdul Hatim very humble and helpful person).
This is very good hospital in ghy city,,,Very neat and clean,,,good staff behaviour,,,special thanx to your Staff Mr.Abdul Hatim, who help us every moments,,,I saw him he help not only me he helps every patient,,,I totally Shocked when I saw him to pull the patient in wheel chair with shoot pant also he touch the patient's feet,,,,Really he is a kindhearted person as well as a good staff of this hospital,,,His talking style is very good Nd he impressed everyone,,,, I must say best hospital with best staff as like Abdul Hatim,,, I recommend everyone to visit this place,,,,once again thnx to your management for your lovely service,,,🙏🙏🙏Abdul Hatim bro salute u man,,,👍👍
