Doctors are good and excellent. All facilities are available. Dr. Mahmood is the best surgeon in rampur.But the staff is very bad in their taking service. They talk very much rudely and in an ill mannered way which I don't like. specially in a case when I asked when will doctor see the patient or what's the time for taking appointment they Don't answer an talk to me and my mother in a very rude behavior. Doctors are good but because of their staff I think the hospital is rubbish .the staff should talk politely to the patients. The staff is not the owner they just workers they should be in a limit . And one thing more if you are relative or friend or other relative of the staff then only you can see the doctor first rest are fools sitting over there and sometimes when you have the appointment and you are ready to go inside to see the doctor suddenly a patient came with the staff and goes in now you again have to wait. I think Doctors should change their staff. It's my request to Doctors.
Dr. Mehmood is best surgeon of Rampur. Good service at reasonable prices. He is expert in surgery.
Staff behaviour are poor. They do not know the way of taking to patient. I reached here today from Nawab ganj at 1:10 PM. They people ask me emergency charges. I request, only ten min late. The person who suggest me, informed Dr. Available at 2 PM. Money doesn't matter but way of talking always matter. Os i think they people are greedy.
