Worst billing services, they made 3times wrong invoice.. so careless billing and support staff. (Still Not received proper invoice discharge date 31st Dec. No regrets and apologies from them. If you are visiting or admit in the hospital. Make sure your are checking all the charges, Also they have separate charges between direct payment and cashless payment. If you are doing cashless payment, they add extra amount saying that they will not get any extra amount in cashless. They were added around 12k extra in invoice, after discussion with billing team, they were blaming to me that I didn’t inform them, I replied that I don’t know the details of charges you had added in invoice, got to know the details post checked invoice which is received by account team. This was internal mistake of there staff. They don’t have proper discussion between account staff and reception and Nurse. Got hair in lunch meal, washroom was Dirty since night to till morning… These types of issue making hospital worst in customer behaviour.
Very clean neat good atmosphere the staff are very friendly would like to tell my friends too only problem the hospital should hv their own canteen which would save cost admin staff on round too keep up the good work.
Reliable hospital for emergency and other medical care. Renowned Doctors on board and good staff. Well maintained facilities but scope for improvement in cleanliness as per hospital standards.

Went for my first dose today. The overall experience was smooth. All you need to do is fill a medical history form which will be provided upon entry. Next you need to make the payment for the dose. Make sure to carry cash as they don't accept any digital currency. After making your payment you head to the vaccination booth and get your shot. Overall it will take 5 - 10 minutes to get your vaccine. The crowd was minimal and the staff was polite and helpful. Don't pay attention to all the negative reviews, I can only speak from my personal experience which was positive. If you live nearby I would recommend getting your shot in this location rather than going to a mismanaged place and waiting for hours in line.
