I feel it is very safe and secure diagnosis centre for children. Hospital is good for its procedures and communication between all the departments and Doctors.. Apollo hospital service charges are on a bit higher side for a middles class families but in my view it is worth spending because of their hygiene and staff involvement.. Most of the Doctors hold high level of experience which makes hospital more effective and successful.. If you have insurance then it is the best destination to look forward for any health issue for middle class or lower..

Starting from hospitality, infrastructure, care, quality of treatment, doctors, nurses, workers whomever you name is top class. I had admitted my son for a surgery there. Understanding the mentality of children, everything is designed. And quality of treatment we received is beyond par. KUDOS TO ENTIRE TEAM OF APOLLO.
My daughter was admitted in Apollo Children's Hospital, Chennai, bed no. 1402. Right from the immediate response upon arrival at Emergency till the special 'gift' card given to my daughter, the service provided throughout our admission was way beyond my expectations. The gentleness and cheer that the nursing staff effused in every interaction with the patient and the attendees is something I will always be grateful for. The duty doctors, the ward sub-staff, ward managers, nutritionists, and food servers, all of them seem to be driven by one single purpose of serving people in pain and distress, however minor. The internal communication and organization appears strong as every process seems to happen in a well coordinated manner. I know for a fact that they work on feedback given as I found the restroom and wash area cleaner this time than the last time I was here a month ago. Overall, A* for their service and care. Keep up your good work, Apollo! You need to really appreciate your nursing staff and take care of them, for I realise they are the reason for the brand identity that you enjoy.
We had a great experience at apollo children's, Took my kids with unknown diagnosis, the investigation doctor's team did great job not just in investigating but also took time in giving a brief explanation to our parents with thousands of questions. Nursing was awesome took care and kind attention to kids. Room service and attended work on clock. Catering people took extra care not just in providing nutritional food but also did leave any chance to make the most favourite food for kids.
