Here is very dangerous place! The fitting room in Kid's section is very dangerous. I was with my kids in a fitting room. One young man and female was together in a one kid's fitting room and keep doing something. No staff was there in fitting room side. I was very annoyed and complained to staff but no body care it. I don't know why they don't care about the fitting room. More over there is Kids section !! I hope the manager of the Zara must check this review and should have proper knowledge about security before happening something really bed!!!
Good store and its very spacious and u get all clothes here. Best time to shop here is at the time of sale. U get fabulous discounts and the products are also great. But mind you at the time of sale the store is highly crowded and its become tuff to shop.
The poorest customer service that I have seen ever in a retail store. They don't pick call...they hung up without helping. I asked them to put a shoe on hold for me. They asked me to hold and then ended the call themselves. Didn't pick up again. Really frustrated with their behaviour. The management should really watch how the staff doing on the floor.

Despite having advertised a price of 1990 on the sweater, the manager insisted that the sweater is 2790. It is well under the rule to honour the customer in this case! But instead of doing that, he told us to check the price online. Absolutely shameless! Very bad experience I must say
