Don't think the Hospital cares about reviews, but this is for public viewing. 1. They charge for everything with a 2x factor. 2. Food and catering is pathetic. It is so spicy that if you are admitted you will get ulcers. So best is to depend on home food 3. The super deluxe room for which they charge 5500 had a big fungus patch (3 ft diameter) on the wall. Email was sent to customer care but no response. So imagine what would a private room be. The room images on website are far away from reality. Probably taken 10 years back!!! 4. The AC wire went through the open window making way for mosquitoes and traffic noise!!! - Affiliated consultant doctors are good. But still depends on what you have been admitted for. - Nursing staff is good and caring. So basically it's your luck as to which consultant doctor drives it!!!
It has been a beautiful and smooth journey throughout these 9 months, and it's all because of Dr. Meenal Mehendale who stood with us entirely till we got discharge and hence I would like to express my gratitude towards her as she has not just been a great doctor but also guided us in a right direction at right time. Kudos to entire MJM team who has been supportive and helpful. Cheers!!😊
We went to this hospital to get blood sample of my baby extracted. Thankfully I had chosen to submit the sample in an outside lab. When I took the sample tube to that lab, that lab promptly caught that the tube was an expired one and refused to process the blood sample (check the date on photo and expiry date on the blood sample tube in the attached picture). If by bad luck I had chosen this hospital's own lab, then they would have happily given reports based on expired materials. Money set aside, all the needle pain that my baby went through, and our time, went down the drain. And it shows that the hospital has no protocol in place to discard expired materials. Be careful with what materials they use on the patient.
Very costly. Not reasonable. Took 5 hours for discharge process. Staff is not cooperative. Doctors are good.
