Money minded hospital. They will create problem in your body and they will treat. They will never take opinion and treat what they feel like. They never inform anything to the patient other an a 3+ lakhs bill for simple 15 minute procedure (surgery). Never say you are an Insurance patient, they will drain your purse. I took loans to pay the bills. They are not human beings.
Very very poor quality both in terms of care and treatment. It was once good when Dr. Ramachandran was managing. Now, sheer negligent and lethargic nurses, very money minded and least interested in patient's well being. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Only the bills are high.
Good Dr's staff are miserable. I was discharged on 24th May and they gave in writing to conduct sugar testing and send results by email. 5hrs since I sent email no one seems to have seen the email bad service only money seems to be their criteria. The junior staff accept bribes and r greedy. Hope someone in management sees this
I was admitted for Covid treatment. The service was too bad and extremely slow, i had to request continuously for treatment. They didn't provide me a bed spread for two days. The charge they claimed was extremely high. I will never recommend this hospital. No Hospitality and the nurses are very lethogical in treating the patients.
My husband, Mr Pradip Kumar Dutta,a diabetic patient, is under treatment of Dr AR RAMACHANDRAN for nearly last 20yrs and received best available diabetic treatment in India under his guidance and care and due to that he is still leading a healthy life. All the doctors, nurses and other staff members of this hospital are very responsible, experienced and co-operative with excellent behaviour. Now, he is under care of Dr Arun, one of the best doctors in this hospital. In fact, we are fully satisfied with the healthcare and guidance provided by this hospital.
