I went for this hospital just because of Dr. Geetha Ramachandran. She's such a great gynaecologist with years of expertise. But the hospital was not that great option for pregnancy. **Ok let me edit this comment to be more specific since your reply says that it's an allegation. First thing, we preferred to visit the doctor at her home clinic due to the Covid condition. And everything was going perfect. We definitely knew it's a small hospital with mediocre facilities (and have seen the few bad reviews here). It's not about the size or facilities you provide. It's about how your staff should treat the patients with genuine care and some ethics. I made this review with an intention that no mom-to-bes should go through the similar experience. Few things to your attention: #1 on the very first day I was admitted, the nurse in the labour dept.(I dont know her name) was unnecessarily creating trouble while going through the docs. She was literally shouting. A nurse shouldn't behaved in such an arrogant and unprofessional way, no matter what the patient's condition. She's made me uncomfortable from day one itself. My doctor would have suggested changes, if that much complication was there. Why would a nurse create such a situation. She should've reported it to doctor rather than making it extremely hard for a first time mom-to-be while repeatedly stating your child is surely not going to be ok. #2 Revealing a patient's health status in a social media platform this way itself shows how unprofessional your entire system is. Thanks for your concern over my health. And, not saying that the entire nursing staff is pathetic. A couple of them were really good. Really appreciating their support.
