Why to give appointment at 9:15 AM when the office opens at 10:00 AM doesn't make sense
Appointment time is 9:15 am but passport related officers timing is 10 am. If you are outsider (other than MP state) then you have to go Bhopal or Indore for documents verification. Totally wasted of time and Appointment.
Counter Staff care about only Agent coming from back door not the actual customer who are in long queues. If you are agent so most welcome and if you are customer and directly contacting to counter staff so they never cares and sensitive about you. You will wait in long queue and they staff guys will do work of Agent at that time. Very very slow and irresponsible as compare to SPM post office. SPM post office is too good comparatively
