The parking is so expensive and the place of parking during rainy season is pathetic. The place needs to be maintained. Not sure why we have to park on mud slush, get dirty and pay so much as parking fee. Please try to fix this. No complains on doctors and treatments from me. We as family have used all the facilities at this site and it's great except the parking lot.

Many times I have visited to Narayana helth City and all the time i had a good experience, well maintained, functional, friendly Doctors and staffs. Especially COVID related things like vaccination, rtpcr testing etc narayana doing great job even with price.
Very Good Coordination for Vaccination. They a good setup, registration, billing and verification desks for Vaccines. After the Vaccine, they also help with resting area. For Senior Citizen and Physically Challenged they had put vaccine in the car itself. Parking Management could be bit better. Overall a good experience!
Paid online 850 for patient narashimhaswamy for consulting Dr .rajendra reddy worst service we paid again 850 to consult doctor .there is no proper coordination.informed to me that money refunded within 20 minutes still not happened . patient is 80 years old
