Doctors are well experienced. Well equipped hospital however, the admin staff is very unprofessional. Lack courtesy. You seldom get appointment of the doctor you need to vist to. My parents have been visiting the hospital since long. But have to wait three days to get appointment. Even after registering the appointment on phone on there dedicated phone line or in person well in advance it is being informed that your name was never registered. Admin staff are very much responsible to degrade the reputation of this hospital.
My experienced was to better with Manik hospital. Here all very best doctors are available. Day night duty RMO are available with good knowledge.. Thanks to all Manik staff and family
