Very worsted , I was put 6/11/21 my second dose still I didn't receive my certificate 🤬😡🤬
One of the good UPHC in this locality. Good hospitality friendly staff. Cleans the place regularly. For vaccine questioners 1. Covishield is always available for above 45+ 2.Covaxin is limited everyday as soon as you reach the place you could get vaccine. As first preference is given for govt staffs and police.

Good Service being rendered. But govt has provided very limited room. One doctor sitting in Ultrasound/ ECG room which affect patients on Time ECG service. Through out entire months visit not even single ultrasound scan has been done, and they're refering to local private diagnostics centers.
