Very poor service they even dont call recepitant to collect order
I went there and 1 fat women who is sitting near front desk so I ask her about my rakhi why didn't it reached on time it's already been a month above so she has given a horrible response with horrible rude behavior that u have just paste a ticket its not our problem and when I went there on 31 July to send rakhis they were in so hurry for lunch that even that time too they didn't give me responsible behavior even at that time if they let me know about tracking id I can even go through that but I suggest not to go there as response is not proper
No one is responding on call
The staff is very non-cooperative, postal service is also very poor. During unlock o.1there is no postman available, registered AD services also not available ..due to that we have to go so far and due to that our precious time wastes. So kindly do the needful action on the above matter.
This address is true but currently they are making post office to online. So they are not working right now. No correct answer from post office as usual.
