Divisional hospital of CR is at par with any private hospital of a tier 2 city. They adhere to timings. Most doctors on duty are female doctors. The hospital has a water treatment plant, so no need to worry about clean drinking water (usually not found in govt facilities). They treat patients (OPD's) from other railway zones only in emergency cases. Employees and pensioners must carry their UMID medical card and present at the case paper counter. Patients from other railway zones are required to obtain oral permission from Addl. CMS to proceed with their medical cases. High Five to the Hospital for 1. Cleanliness 2. Promptness 3. Punctuality 4. Procedural 5. Staff behaviour & conduct (professional employees) Scope of improvement in 1. Display of more information for OPD patients from other railway zones
Very efficient, and the campus and ground has been redone wonderfully.
Very lateback staff, they find every reason not to pay for your mediclaim. Worst experience of my life in getting my claim approved. Poor treatment facilities. Will not recommend to anyone.I hope this place closes down soon and ex railyway employees have access to better treatment facilities in private hospitals.
Well smart doctors with multispeciality facilities available...
Nice hospital and good doctors best hospital
