Hospital location is best. Hospital consultant doctors are experts. But some staff and infrastructure need lot of infrastructure. This hospital have forgotten Friendliness and human grounds. They only know money and money. Regarding infra no mobile network in their rooms. Rooms are suffocating. Staff unfriendliness behavior irritates you. No visiting doctor schedule available. One you paid looks like they hardly care about you. No care and human grounds for patient. In all your stay would be like when will I go out of this hospital. Please choose other if you have choice. Whatever promise they will be make not a single one they will follow. Do not trust on this guys. No response for any of your query.
The hospital staff and services is decent. But the bills are too much. They give estimate of x rupees and the bill comes 2x - how that happens is a mystery. Also, they take the phones from the patient, add google review here themselves (ask 1-2 questions about how the patient / relatives think about the hospital) But typing their own review in google reviews is a sick way to maintain 4+ ratings. Recommend this hospital only if you have an emergency or you have a lot of money to spend on hospital charges.
Went for first dose vaccination today. They have a good setup, and staff working good to maintain everything. People however have so much of hurry and don't maintain social distancing. Recommended for vaccination 👍🏻 Within half hour I was done. They take photos of people for verification only when someone has some error in the app. Please don't fall pray to wrong reviews here. Good luck.
Starting with special mention (Dr Jyoti Dekate Ma'am), she was very supportive throughout the process. Admission and billing process can improve. Nurse and staff were supportive. Overall experience was good could have been great. Bit expensive for people without insurance, but with service comes cost Thank you Doctor and Nurse for service
Visited hospital for a procedure. Admitted for 2 days... wanted to rate 5 for staff, sisters, doctors along with all services and neatness and cleanliness but will reduce one star for bills. Charges are all together very high. Uses all expensive products and your bill is more then you expect. There was confusion with bills also. Though a good hospital.
