Very much convenient from Jayanagar metro station. Just two three min of normal walk, you'll reach tenet diagnostic centre easily. Hassle free access, physically challenged entry too exists. Supportive staff. Approach them for any information and details. Vaccination happens in first floor. Just two three minutes, you get your vaccine on priority. Take some rest and come back home.
All negative reviews seem to be true. This place is extremely unprofessional and needs serious improvement. Front desk is totally mismanaged. Staff doesn't seem to be trained to handle patients. The lab technicians don't sanitise before sampling and are often seen without gloves or masks! No respect for time and definitely no fast tracking of services. No token system so people stand in unorganised queues like in a railway ticket counter. Staff openly and rudely argue with patients and don't easily answer queries. For the top notch rates they charge, the wait times and bad attitude are not worthy. Not your friendly neighborhood diagnostic lab. Don't be fooled by the fancy name and swanky exteriors. Find a better hardworking lab that you can trust, I surely am not going back here.
It was good in last years. Now scanning doctors have no basic experience. They don't even know the meaning of NT scan. They Miss to check out the crucial data which meant for that particular period. Waste of TIME and money to go here. And we will have to bear all further RISKS.
Not professional. Not organized. Understaffed. I went on a weekday for a health check and everything was terribly slow even though it was not that crowded. Gave me a doctor's appointment for 5pm and kept me waiting for more than 2 hours. Complete mismanagement. Extremely disappointed with the service.
I had 3 days to visit.1st 2 days it was really nice experience. But on last day,I met aayamma during procedure..she was really harsh lady.it was my worst experience ever.such a rude behavior she had..worst
