I went to this hospital today at around 7pm, no was there in the reception counter to check with. There was on lady next to reception who was phone talking to some for quite a long time, we thought she must be waiting for doctor as she didn’t bother to greet us or say if doctor is available or not. After 10 mins that lady went inside one of the doors and then we realise that she was on of the staffs. After some time phone rings at the reception counter and one lady from inside came out running which means there were staffs in the hospital but no one bothered to come out and ask what was needed. If this is the way the staff treats the patient, will any patient go there again? Such a horrible experience
