I had a very bad experience here last night. Doctor did not check my kid having high fever. He explained that he cannot treat and have to go to a pediatrician, he said fever cases are not taken here due to Covid 19 situation. If he says to go to a better hospital after checking my child, I can agree but, he was not ready to check even the temperature of my 18 months old baby. I really doubt the ethics of bjm hospital. One of the sister before seeing the patient, said go to another hospital. Shown inhumane gesture by this so called bishops hospital
Good hospital with round the clock emergency service. Doctors are good and prescribe reasonably. Good non mechanised diagnosis. Not at all business oriented. Some nursing staff are not experts. Sometimes you may experience well the pain of an injection. A small hospital, but with a lot of formalities. It is ok till you consult the doctor. Wait outside wondering why on earth this much hell of time a sick person is forced to wait for getting two ot three medicines and a bill! Nuring and office staff service needs to be improved.
