very bad service.. hospital male reception staffs needs to improve on customer service.. no respect for the customer.. The advance booking clinic is canceled and such bookers are not given any priority when re-booking. no time punctuality.. if you want to get well soon, pls go and find another hospital
Public relations very bad. Booking and token system are very poor . Patience and bystanders struggling too much
