The Working staff is very illiterate people , they give me wrong medicine which I have purchased from their hospital. I wants to purchase vitagreat medicine but in place of this they give me Emofolate medicine. I don't know how they treat their patients in such carelessness mindset
If someone wants treatment at home, then only the doctor visits your hospital without informing the fee, that too only the satchel doctor comes on the registration, that too with oxygen meter and BP machine, nothing else and to check with these two machines. After saying that you take your patient to some other hospital because there is no arrangement of oxygen and glucose in your hospital, even though being a specialist, dear specialist means everyone is all specialist, there is no sack. There and all the arrangements are special, so remove the special list from your name and write a satchel so that it becomes clear to everyone that the doctor is not a specialist in his house.
If I Could have given 0* I would give..The worst doctor specially Dr Sapna.. She charge unnecessary from the patients and recommend city Xray lab which is located next to Uttam Nagar metro station to get commission from them for any test which is extremely high . if any test done from any other lab she doesn't look at the report, In a nutshell she is the money eater only looking for money doesn't matter you live or die... She ( Dr Sapna) doesn't care and the lady receptionist is extremely rude.
Doesn't even have power backup. Doctor and supporting staff are bit unprofessional. Premises looks good only from outside. My suggestion is only take emergency first aid from here and take treatment from somewhere better.
