Unprofessional staff and doctors are even worse. My mother was second person in line and had to wait for 1 hr. After that when people complained the doctor came in and started shouting and abusing the patients and started threatening them that he will not see the patients who complain.
Absolutely horrible experience. The hospital is filthy, no hygiene at all. No proper waiting area. The toilet adjacent to the waiting area smells so bad you feel as if you are sitting in the toilet itself. No care for social distancing or general hygiene. The staff is unprofessional and unorganized. The front-desk person will give you injections too. The doctor is knowledgeable, but highly unprofessional. He's always late, never reaches the clinic on time. You end up waiting either on the road, or in the toilet-cum-waiting area. If you ask him a few questions, he loses cool and talks back rudely.
The hospital is very messy, does not know how to take care of the patient and the behavior of the staff is very bad.Absolutely shameful.
The Dr Ashish Gupta is not minting the coin but printing the notes, his aim is just to retain the patient without proper diagnosis, he never explain the diagnosis to his patient, his staff is unsupportive, if you came out from his cabin and wish to clarify something you have to deposit the consultation fee again.His behavior is un cordial...
Not a good doctor at all. He doesn't know how to behave. Even no social distancing followed. Too egoistic person. I took my mother to this doctor and on second time he said he is not interested to see the patient, what kind of doctor said that. Even hospital is third class no facilities available here. My friend advice me not to visit this doctor but I overheard him. Now I'm regret. It's just an advice and upto you, in Roorkee you can find many good doctor so find a good one and visit there.
