Excellent place. Service Hospitality all are lovely. Very much appreciated their services. Mrs. pamoyee is a nice person. I know her a long time.
1) Did USG there, the reports showed an unknown spot on my liver. So the doctor there told me to do MRI worth 7000Rs. In the MRI the liver showed no problem at all. The doctor there then told they had a spot on their USG screening device itself hence the misunderstanding which costed me 7000Rs. 2) Today I went to do a blood test, the collector was highly unskilled. After inserting the needle, he kept shuffling the needle inside and then started manually pressing and pumping my skin on top of the needle insertion causing me immense pain. He still couldn't collect enough blood so he took the other hand to pierce needle and collected blood again. In my 30 years I don't remember a blood test so painful and so difficult. Also another patient just before me complained the same pain for his blood test. 3) They have MRI so all doctors directly prescribe for the costly MRI for most of the things without even thinking or trying to do analyse the problem like other clinics. Promotional it all is. This was the second time in few months that I had to do two MRI and then realised the money making techniques of them as none of the MRI reports stated any problem. I would not suggest anyone to get their treatment or tests doen here. Neither they are accurate or be of any less hassles rather more. They are highly money minded , prescribing expensive treatments and hire unprofessional cheap recruits! The other Pulse diagnostic at chowrasta is better or even Chikitsha. Hence majority of people crowd there. This is expensive for absolutely negative reasons
