I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks to this hospital (total staff). My mother have had an heart attack which caused her ejection fraction go down to 35%. We took appointment of Dr. Rajiv Sharma who did angiography and advised us about 4 blockages in her coronary arteries and advised us to get angioplasty done immediately and we got it done there itself. She is okay now and on medications which he have had advised her. Dr. Rajiv is very intelligent and down to earth person. Again thanks to Dr. Rajiv Sharma 🙂👏 Only one disappointing factor is that, your mobile phone won't get enough network coverage to receive simple text message too... Hospital management need to work on it.
Jan 1st week when the cases are rising I had symptoms so I visited the counter to get the case paper , the receptionist first tells me to take permission of the doctor if he can attend me. I also requested the doctor who knows me and my family for more then a decade who refuses to attend/check even before his check out time and when there is less rush comparitively. He had a conversation with the sister who assist him and she comes with depressing ‘No’ he can’t take anymore patients as he has to leave elsewhere! It is the duty of the doctor to attend the patient standing at his doorstep,requesting in the hospital and if he can’t do so then he’s not a right doctor in my opinion and deserve to be serving or curing patient and just making money! Shame on you and human courtesy ,do we vasaikars have an option to be treated on human grounds or just like animals?

Proper use of your donated money , Eg.Every dialysis session is heavily discounted by the hospitals itself also waving the fees of the consumables too. 4. Wide open area and ample of parking space. 5. Experienced Staff. I mean it. 6. Treatment 1st , money 2nd . Don't believe me just have hands on experience with the so called "top Mumbai Hospitals" an Cardinal Gracious. 7. Treatment done for a noble cause and not just to make money. 8. Subsidized rates on every medicine you buy , don't believe me just compare the rates of the top wholesalers and Cardinal Gracious Pharmacy. 8. Good and hygenic Canteen with super tasty food and that is all the patient needs which I bet you can not get in any of the top Hospitals. 9. One of the largest Dialysis center of the country . 10. Latest Diagnostic machines available.
