Unhygienic place... it's a uphc so it should be more hygienic
If you have got Covishield Vaccination slot for this UPHC at Surat Nagar, you may have to go to BR Memorial School . Location is really tricky and hard to find easily. But to reach the school, take left U-turn after Daulatabad flyover towards Dwarka Expressway side exit of the flyover. Go to the end and take the last right turn where the street end and then go to the end of the road around 1 km where left side you will see an open space with cars parked, and on the left side at some distance you will see BR Memorial school. It's a small school and ask the locals and they are helpful. There is ample parking space for cars but streets are quite narrow. We went for vaccination around 11:30 AM, and there was no rush, we just registered with our details and got the vaccine shot in just 3-4 minutes flat. Good luck and stay safe.
Got my first shot of Covishield here. To reach this place, you need to take a u turn from the Daulatabad flyover and go straight to the last street. The clinic is on the street where there is big board that says Paramount. The staff is decent. Be prepared to stand in the heat, the line is fast moving. I had to stand in queue for almost an hour with approximately 2 minutes wait time per person. I got my certificate - please ensure the lady in the clinic is noting your Aadhar on a register
Very difficult to search this place, they are not offering vaccine in UHPC Surat nagar, they are giving in BR MEMORIAL SCHOOL for Surat Nagar center, to reach here take left U turn from Daulatabad flyover, take the last street which run parllel to railway line for 1.5km , take left turn.. & then right you will see br memorial school.
done vaccination 1st dose yesterday. Did not get any certificate till now. if anyone has contact detail of the center pls add or post on review update the staff helped me to get the required certificate
