The guy who pic up the call dont have any manners.. Such stupids must be thrown away from the service
I have had a bad experience because of their procrastination. Some of the staffs are so ignorant that it has caused me a lot of problems. They don't understand our urgency. I went there to update my Aadhar and I did the due diligence. They said they will let me know once the process is complete. I ended up following up with them on a regular basis and then finally after 2 months they confirmed that the request had been cancelled and the person who took the request has been transferred to a different location. We can't help you with it. You have to redo the process again. Government org not monitoring such requests is really bad example for future India.
