This is the Vaccination centre named, Mandpura Phc1 on cowin.. It is a bit far from the main city, but I reached there in around 1hr10min. The PHC was very clean and hygienic and there was no crowd around 11:30. I reached before my preferred slot timings but didn't have to wait and the whole process was completed within 5 minutes.
Green and clean place with limited facilities. Staff is quite supportive. Vaccination center for Covid-19.

This the Mandpura Phc 1, Mandpura PHC,Gurgaon, Haryana vaccination campus. Pretty fast. Time was written as starting from 9 AM however no one gave slots before 9:30 AM and in next 5 minutes vaccination was completed. It was pretty tough to find which one is the right PHC.
