Right in the heart of the city is this large hospital and centrally located. However it is in the dumps, it reeks of urine in the corridors. It is everything but Hygienic. Why would the government allow these resources to go wasted 😔 I can guarantee no health inspector has visited these premises in years
Hospital is very decent and cleaned. They are developing outside of hospitals. The inside hospital is well maintained
Vaccination process was smooth just morning got delay at 9 am, no one was at entrance ( security went for breakfast without informing anyone) do started by 9.30. Overall experience is good ,staff guides well & parking easily available for people coming from Poddar gate
The four star rating is primarily for the staff and service I experienced when I visited for vaccination. The sister was very experienced, maybe she's administered 10s of thousands of injections, based on how effectively she pierced the needle, absolutely painless and delicately. Some nurses and sisters master this art and deserve praise. Then the other staff who co-ordinated the process were also active and looked dedicated towards their services. (Something I have rarely experienced from many government staff). I would rate the vaccination drive as 5 star and thank the PM, Central government, BMC & staff for making it possible for every citizen. For the facility itself I would rate 2 as it was ok ok clean, but the beds, flooring , walls and electricals can definitely be well maintained in operational budget. Someone needs to care about these things there. Part of the facility was under renovation so hope it gets better. But for some common people a government hospital is the only healthcare option, and they have an important role towards citizens healthcare services.
Hospital area was clean. Their supporting staff was helpful to the people who neede d any help . They helped them in proper way and talked very nice. Great hospital if you are thinking about getting vaccinated ! The vaccination process was very fast here. Dustbins were there and hospital lobby was also clean.
