Worst hospital you can ever visit for an emergency or for any treatment In Chennai. A doctor should be reachable in case of any emergency. Totally an unethical doctors for the medical profession, management team was even worse, all they are worried is taking money from the patient, They just want money to develop the hospital. They doesn't care about the patient health. Be careful who are all going to the hospital. Full and full money minded. He just extends the days of patients to stay in the hospital for more than 3 days due to money. There is no waiting time there when it comes to getting money from the patient, but for treatment you’ll have to wait, the worst case is that you’ll have to wait for the doctor to come. If you are referred to this hospital by any doctor, pls. tell them to keep quiet! The front office lady Jolly to my horror she behaves like my Landlord.
The Hycare hospital lives by its name, they take extreme care on patients, I was admitted for a surgery on the basis of kidney stone ailment. Starting from consultation Diagnostics and treatment every stage was handled with care. Especially Dr Rajkumar(urologist) and Dr Arun Kumar (urologist) were very friendly and clearly explained me the procedure on surgery that gained confidence and coolness. All medical and non medical staffs were very supportive and caring. Rooms were at good hygiene standards. I strongly recommend this hospital.
No fake or personal grudge, reviewing based on my personal experience, hospital is located in easily accessible location, other than this no other good thing to talk about, front office guys are the worst, no respect to elders or less privileged peoples, if you have money you'll be blessed by them. After the appointment you'll hardly see the doctor. atleast in govt hospital doctor will be 24/7 and chief doctor will come 2 times a day. Here you need to wait extra 2 days to consult with the doctor for 10 mins.
Service at its best at Hycare Hospital. We had our mother admitted with chronic kidney disease and also to address her podiatric problems. Both Dr RK and Dr Jayanivas along with a team of doctors gave the best form of treatment available. Though the patient was old and had mulitple complications, they gave the best shot of treatment which helped the patient recover to a large extent. Doctors paid regular visits and kept the patient happy by assuring the best service. We have to mention about the team of nurses who treated our mom, they were really caring and almost became like a family member to the patient because of her long stay at the hospital . The house keeping staff very also very friendly and unlike any other hospital, they did not ask or take any tips. This is one thing every patient attender would like and be in peace when not troubled for money The billing team also were very kind and polite in collecting the bill from us. We paid at intervals and they did not pressurize us at all. Special mention to Ms. Jolly who co-ordinated at evey step and ensured proper treatment and care. Would definitely recommend this hospital for best in class treatment
Plain extortion of people!!! Some months back I had to admit my mother here with Covid. She had some other issues also and hence they refused to continue treatment unless someone from family takes care of her in the ward. I discharged her and brought to my home the very next day. They gave us a bill for ₹ 69,500/- just for one day in the hospital!! ( She was admitted only in the regular ward sharing with so many other patients and also was not requiring any oxygen).
