such a hope less service. no one is taking responsibility for speed post. if it's return then it's gone. Head post master will not give any proper answers just busy in watching videos in mobile. how come people can trust postal service ?
The staff is helpful and punctual. The place is near and clean.they keep requesting the people to maintain social distance, but the people are very stubborn.
They are not telling you what documents we need. Require us to go again and again for 1 task. Bad experience.
