This is my first Google Review ever. I was so angry that I have to write it. To my surprise if you filter the reviews by 1 star then you will find many similar reviews as mine. Only visit this centre if you have no other option left. The lady doctor there does not even know how to talk in a civilised world. Instead of doing checkup of others she should get herself checked. No wonder why we are moving to western countries because of people like her. Her attitude remains the same for aged people as well. We are paid clients of IRCC so something has to be done regarding this. If so many people feels the same then there is something wrong.
Went there for my Canada visa medical in May. Absolute WORST experience ever. Please go to MAX HOSPITAL instead. They wasted 5 months of my time, made me spend 25k on extra medical tests even when all the reports came out to be negative. Had me take culture test at Gurgaon for 3 consecutive days and gave out reports after 2 months, it came out negative even then they were not satisfied that they made me take extra appointments with their chest specialist, x-rays and CT scans again and again- only to mint money from me (Btw they only used to measure my weight and O2 level in their so called appointments and charged 2.2k EVERY TIME.) TOTAL CHEATS!! Nurses and doctors will manipulate you like anything, they will try to drag you for as long as they can so they can mint more and more money from you. On top of that they are so rude and ill mannered- the staff, nurses- they charge you hefty amounts and treat you as if you owe your life to them. Their hall was literally crowded with people who they had called for extra medical tests and planned on wasting 5-6 months of their lives. Also, they will not pick up your calls/will pick up and keep on hold/will make you call them again and again for hours for a simple information that can be given out in 5 minutes/ will keep dragging you. THEY WILL CAUSE YOU MENTAL ANGUISH to the point you'll start believing their lies and that something actually is wrong with you. Will not recommend to anyone in my right mind. Please cross check with your family doctor if they tell you lies like you have this and that.
Top to bottom staff is super rude. My parents went for checkup and had very offensive experience. Even talking at reception on phone is frustrating. I think they have not taught being respectful and polite in their training. I Would never recommend.
Tip: Best time to go there is either early morning or after 2pm if you are going there for your medical exam, avoid appointment slots between 12-2pm. Feel free to call them directly for any queries before heading there. Always carry your passport. If you have to wait for too long, there is a cafe & pizza store(take away) within 300 metres of the hospital.
I went their last week to get my Medical for Canadian Visa. The actual procedure shouldn't take more than 30 minutes but there was a lot of rush so it took me 3 hours. Doctors and all are fine but the reception staff was bit rude. On call I was informed that the fee os Rs 5300 and when I came here they said it was 6000 and that they had just changed it out of the blue. Other than that seems fine. Just make sure all your details are correct n the medical visa information sheet.
