What a pathetic experience we got from this nursing home. I admitted my wife at 6 AM in the morning with tremendous pain but there were no doctor to take care of the patient until 8.30. This is something not expected from a nursing home. Secondly, I want to share my experience on the infrastructure of the nursing home. We booked AC cabin but I never expected that we would see such an unhygienic arrangements. AC was not working, Room was not clean at all and it was full of bad odour. We couldn't open the bathroom door due a constant stinking foul smell. The utter surprise was waiting....there was no ventilation in bathroom and it was full of cockroaches, frogs and drain worms. Thirdly, doctors are very professional. They only come to operate as it seems they are in a hurry to meet their daily target C-section. I think tshould give atleast 5 minutes to the patients. If the doctors can talk to the the patients for a couple of minutes, they will get some extra motivation. Management should take care of the above if they want the see the nursing home progressive.
Best in Suri , service is excellent... Every employee , members are well behaved.... In this COVID situation also they are maintaining great services, proper maintainable of social distancing , thermal checking , sanitization and all.... Over all very good in that area...
It is mainly an Maternity Nursing Home, though other type of patients are also being treated. Pregnant women are being delivered (Both, normal delivery and caesarian section ) with great care by experienced and reputed specialist(Gynaecologist) doctors. Neonatal care is also obtainable. The nursing staffs are very skilled and polite in behaviour. Air conditioned deluxe cabins are available for patients' ultimate comfort at a low cost. In a nutshell, this health care provider institution is the cheap and best in Suri town according to me.
This nursing home is the best choice for female patients in Suri town. Many good gynecologist(MD/MS) doctors are available here. This nursing home is very clean and tidy in respect to other nursing homes in suri town. The nursing staffs are very well skilled ,even in respect to so called corporate hospitals of kolkata (My opinion).
It is mainly a maternity Nursing Home though other type of patients are admitted here. It is the oldest Nursing Home in our town Suri. Reputed doctors are giving there service there at a low cost. The owner behaves with the patients gently and take care regarding all matters.
