A 3rd class nursing home I've ever seen... Staffs & Reception persons are just very irresponsible & non co-operative... A month ago 7th of November my father has admitted and gone through Gallbladder operation. 8th of Nov they sent the sample for biopsy, took Rs. 2000/- & told us it will take 10 to 15 days max to max... After 10 days we started to follow up and they told us no it has not come. Ok fine. After 15 days we again followed up & they again said it has not come when it will come we will let you know. After 20 days again we followed up and they told the same thing. Again 5th of Dec when I called them and told them to follow up with the laboratory cause it can't be possible for a biopsy report to come almost after 1 month. Atlast yesterday 6th Dec we told our Dr. who has operated the Gallbladder, he took initiative and called to the nursing home and told them to handover the biopsy report immediately... Just because of the interference of the Dr. we came to know that it has already come 8-10 days before & able to get the report otherwise I don't know what is their vested interest to hold this type of important documents so long... Just think it's God's grace that there is no malignancy in the report, but at his place there could be other patients who have malignancy in their report, then is it justified to hold the report so long? Don't they have any responsibility for this kind of important documents to handover the patient party in proper time? This kind of irresponsible they are... Also I've seen that one patient party deposited 10k at morning & at evening they came to deposit another 10k for releasing the dead body of their patient but at the Reception they showed that the patient party had to pay 10k extra. When all their relatives came together & wanted to see the record, they came to know that the amount 10k which the patient party deposited at the morning wasn't entered in their system.... Just think what kind of irresponsible, unreliable, negligent & insensible people they are...
Worst service Worst staff behaviour Nobody was wearing mask. Please dont spend money on this nursing home Worst X-ray reports.
The service of this nursing home is not very good, my uncle was admitted here for a week but there was no good treatment for them, my uncle left us for them, they only know the money tie, they value human life very little
