My experience is from the second wave. The ICU staff is incompetent and treat patient and relatives as livestock. I've lost someone very dear to me due to their ignorance. The senior doctors are professionals but the doctors under them had a very high opinion of themselves. No Patient Care! I wouldn't name names but anyone whose loved ones were admitted in ICU during the second wave (April/May 2021) knows what I'm talking about. I understand that the hospital's staff and nursing staff were overburdened but that doesn't mean you can allow it as an excuse for patient care. The tough times showcase the real thing underneath the mantle. This hospital showed no empathy and cared even less for their patients. That's their true self. No patient care!
You are checking the reviews that means u r knowledgeable person. 1 st thing u should be doing now is to take out ur patient out of this hospital as soon as possible . It will take u at least 2 days to do that and approx. 1 lacs Rs of bill payment .i know it will be difficult for u to find another Dr/ hospital. Please take some effort and do it. U will never ever regret that. I will write the detailed review after some time .
I have a good experience with staff and all facilities. I pray God for good health for all. In my case in ruby hall clinic I got a god for my mother's health Dr. Abhay Somani really last year we admitted my mother after seviour heart attack. Even Dr. Abhay Somani helps in all process. I must say he is not only best doctor but also good human being and Gem person. He recover my mother heart from 25% to 55 %. As well ruby hall all staff is good and very deceplined and process driven follow all SOPs For me it's my clinic where I can get good treatment.
Excellent experience. Came in for PET SCAN and everyone was very helpful and cooperative. Hygiene and cleanliness was to the mark.
Nice experience, Doctors, nurses, ward boy all are good and careing, food quality is also good provided with proper diet to patient. Cleaning staff also good.
