The postman is very rude and lazy when it comes to doing his task, acts like he is doing this for free. These people are the reason why govt. sectors are running at a loss. People like these are the reason why govt. looks to privatize public sectors. People from Amazon and Flipkart do far more deliveries then this postman and still behave nicely. Post office should look into his behaviors. Also just to let people know, last year when my friend received his passport, he had to give this postman some money for so called “Chai – Paani”. Long story short: My house is located in between many blocks of houses, and just the “Address” is not enough, so to make the task of the postman easier I added the nearest “landmark” so he can just call me and I can collect the parcel. When my parcel arrived, he called me, I told him to wait a minute as I was leaving my house, he then asked a nearby store whether they knew me, and when they said no he just went away to do his other deliveries, when I called he told me the location where he was at that time, when I walked there and asked him about why he left he started yelling. Showing rude behavior and saying “I’m the one who brings documents of you people, without me no document will ever reach you” like he is doing some favor and not his duty. This type of open misbehavior and threat is unacceptable, I will be submitting a formal complain soon. Also from next time I will ask the senders to add “Longitude and Latitude” in address if he thinks its my fault.

Known for its bad service. Behaviour of most the staffs are not good.
