I took my grandmother for Echo test and before going i even asked on call that will it be done quickly or have to wait because she can't sit for too long and hold urine etc Infact after reaching before making the payment I asked again but once i reached upstairs they did not even care! The staff was rude too!
Staff behaviour is unprofessional and. Dr. Timing is not suitable for the patient. I don't , why this type of peoples are in this profession. Pls serve the people if you are in this profession.

Well known in Mathura for diagnostic. Large crowd of patients visit here. But there is utter mismanagement. There is no token based visit system. You can not know which no. is going on. Patients are not called for diagnostic as per their turn. Suggestions for improvement- Install a token/no. display. Management of crowd. Due to unfair practice of not calling patients as per their turn, patients keep themself at Door to fight for turn. Person who calls patients for their turn needs to be professional not rude. Build trust. It will definitely help in all way.
Dr Ashish's is a well-advised but behavior is very rude. Not a good man. Patient is the livelihood of the doctor and all persons respect all doctors but this kinds of doctor does not respect the patient. Very Bad
