Worst medical service ever. Students are suffering from mental torture. Not co-operative staff.

Went for 1st doze of covaxin. Got the 11 to 12 slot today. At the entrance I was asked for the appointment slip and then allowed entry. Registration desk, managed by 3 people, did a quick job and I was asked to sit on a chair to wait my turn. Within a few minutes I was asked to move inside the building where an online entry was made with my aadhar card. I then made the payment,(Rs 1250 for covaxin) took the receipt and went to the vaccination room to get vaccinated. One nurse gave me the jab while the other gave me two dolos and some instructions ( not to apply anything hot or cold, to take dolo for fever, to take the second dose after 30 days). I was directed to the observation area where I waited for 30 mins. It was a long seating area with a nurse and drinking water bottles. A doctor also visited us during this time and asked us to report any concerns if we had ( dizziness, headache). I could leave the hospital within an hour. Everything was so well organized. Social distancing and all other covid protocol was followed. Hats off to the entire team. They were all so very efficient. Salute to team KG Mittal !!!
